Comm100 Website
Comm100 is a SaaS company that offers omnichannel customer service software, including live chat, chatbots and digital engagement solutions.
My role: I was the solo marketing designer responsible for stewarding the Comm100 visual brand. This included owning the UI and UX of Comm100's websites, producing wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, prototypes and working with an external developer to implement designs.
Homepage redesign
I worked alongside a copy writer, web developer and product marketing to redesign Comm100's homepage in 2021. We wanted to make it more "exciting", emphasize new features that had launched, include a new value prop video, as well as highlight a range of customer stories.
Website navigation
I worked on a project to redesign Comm100's website navigation. The company had gone through a change in direction and a number of new features had launched since the navigation was last designed. I worked alongside content and marketing managers to map out the customer user journey and redesign the information architecture of the website. I researched UI/UX best practices and other SaaS website navigations before producing new navigation concepts. I iterated on these several times before reaching the final design shown below, taking into consideration desktop, tablet and mobile.
Website rebrand
I lead a project to refresh Comm100's visual brand. This was a large project which involved conducting customer surveys and interviews, competitor research, user testing, and designing and iterating on several concepts. During the process I designed a new website homepage which is shown below.
