Comm100 is a SaaS company that offers omnichannel customer service software, including live chat, chatbots and digital engagement solutions.
My role: I was the solo marketing designer responsible for stewarding the Comm100 visual brand. This involved owning the visual brand guidelines, the UI and UX of websites and the design of all marketing assets, including ebooks, event banners and assets, animation and illustration, digital assets and infographics.
